Eagles Leadership Training Academy is a solution-based youth education and community development programme that examines and applies leadership intervention in a holistic manner.

Our Purpose

To engender 21st century young leaders.

Our Mission

Nurturing males, Shaping men and Developing leaders!

Boot Camp Plan To Turn Lives Around

ELTA transforms young males into purpose-driven leaders by using formal & informal learning and structured disciplines, which help and encourage them to focus on:

  • Purpose (identity & character)
  • Communication (literacy & numeracy)
  • Discipline (morals & values)
  • Responsibility (accountability & duty)
  • Team work (camaraderie & friendship)
  • Selflessness (community & welfare)
  • Lifestyle (health & well-being)

What We Do

ELTA provides formal and informal learning and structured disciplines for young males aged 8 to 21, so that they are better able to develop a solid foundation for adulthood and for them to be more adequately prepared to function as mature men and leaders within society.

ELTA Educates: Inspire; Discipline; Celebrate; Motivate; Influence and Empower young males to become better leaders in the 21st century.

ELTA develops the leadership potential of young males in the area of their innate talents, passions, gifts and abilities. Especially those:

  • At risk of social exclusion
  • At risk of offending or have offended
  • Have behaviour management challenges at home, school or within the community
  • Fatherless or those with fathers who need support
